To those of us who persist in seeing children as the citizens of ‘tomorrow,’ Bala Janaagraha offers a different point of view. We believe that children have the capacity to make real change in our neighbourhoods right from a young age! Armed with this philosophy, Bala Janaagraha and the ipaidabribe.com team kicked off the new year with a session on Corruption. Held at Ramanashree English School in Bangalore, it marks the first of the many sessions that Bala Janaagraha hopes to do over the course of the year.
Children ask questions at the Bala Janaagraha and ipaidabribe.com presentation
And the kids loved it! Through the interactive format of the presentation and the use of videos and cartoons, the session covered all the important facets of corruption in India today.
The teams received a range of questions, covering the payment of re-exam fees, replacing corrupt officials by non-corrupt ones and different ways by which we can spread awareness on corruption.
Bala Janaagraha and ipaidabribe.com shows the way to educate our junior citizens.
