Process Mapping of the Current Voter Registration Process

Process Mapping of electoral roll management refers to activities involved in defining all the steps accurately, what every person does and their responsibility, to what standard and timelines a process should be completed and how the success of the process can be determined. This mapping has to be done for both the current(as-is) and the ideal (to-be) process. Once the current process is mapped, the gaps become visible and it thus, becomes easy to judge the improvements required.
